Washing
For washing vegetables and delicate produce, La Parmentière offers a complete range of efficient machines.
La Parmentière washers are specially designed for the industrial and commercial washing of potatoes, carrots, turnips, beetroot, gherkins, celeriac, chestnuts, etc. but also delicate produce such as live snails (in the shell), snail meats, mussels, clams, truffles, etc..
Divided into two categories, washers and washer/scrubbers, there is a total of seven different machine models, specifically equipped for the produce being processed (see the table of machines adapted to the produce being processed on last page of the PDF file.
On request, La Parmentière can produce complete installations for the continuous washing of potatoes, beetroot, etc. with remotely controlled cylinder-opening doors.
