INTESTINE CONTENTS CLEANER

USE
These machines are intended to clear our faecal matter from beef, pig, sheep etc. intestines, and then to clean them.
This is done using lukewarm or cold water.
They also clear and clean pig bladders, gall bladders, caul and lungs. The weight loss varies between 30% (beef) to 75% depending on the product being processed.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
A determined quantity of intestines is introduced into the machine, Various loading solutions can be proposed (manually, via stainless steel manifold, pneumatic gun, column elevator, conveyor, suction, etc.).

The entrails are driven by a rotating wheel then cut by a lateral blade fitted inside the bowl. Waste material is evacuated via a 114 mm dia. drain tube beneath the bowl.

For the cleaning of category 1 intestines (beef, veal, lambs with ileums), the machine must be fitted with a smooth blade and an automation cabinet with a program especially for category 1.

For emptying category 2 or 3 intestines (pigs, lambs without ileums, etc.), the machine is equipped with a serrated blade.

USE
La Parmentière chitterling cleaning tubes clean pig chitterlings after uncoiling and before processing in a La Parmentière chitterling machine.

OPERATION
The chitterlings are held by their wide part at the end of the double-wall tube. They are then slid on for their whole length using the two spreader rods.

Foot action on the pedal introduces water which squirts into the chitterlings, driving faecal matter out.

ALL parts of the colon cleaning tube are in 18/10 stainless steel.

An operator can clean a maximum of 80 chitterlings an hour.

Chitterling cleaning tubes come in two versions:

-A simple version and one with a bin for collecting faecal matter.

 

 


 
PIG CHITTERLING SPLITTER
FC-120

USE
La Parmentière FC-120 chitterling splitters are used for splitting chitterlings along their entire length, before being de-fatted and blanched in a La Parmentière chitterling machine.



PERFORMANCE
Chitterlings are initially uncoiled and then manually placed over the splitter’s feed tube.
The chitterlings are driven by a belt equipped with grippers and are split by a blade along their entire length. At the same time they are cleaned and washed via a spray bar.

The chitterlings then fall into a tray or on to a table on exit from the machine and are ready to be de-fatted in a La Parmentière chitterling machine.

Hourly output: Approximately 120 chitterlings per hour.

 


 
PIG CHITTERLING SHREDDER
670C-680C-880C

USE
La Parmentière chitterling shredders type 670C - 680C - 880C , cut, clean, wash and blanch pork chitterlings for human consumption in a single operation.


PERFORMANCE
Chitterlings are cut on a cutting block with 14 blades, before being put into the machine, which is itself equipped with a lateral cutting blade.
Chitterlings are cut, cleaned, washed and blanched inside the machine.

Chitterling shredders are also suitable for other uses (see table).
